Meet your wedding videographer
Hey, I’m Lizz!
Leo. Hufflepuff. Enneagram 2. ENFJ. Nick Miller stan.
Most nostalgic person alive.
I'm the heart (and the barely-contained spiral of excitement) behind Bliss & Bloom Media, a wedding videography and photography studio based in Missoula, Montana. Six wedding seasons in, and I still get butterflies every single time a ceremony starts. I don't think that's ever going away. I hope it doesn't.
My degree is in Media Arts & Digital Filmmaking (class of 2020 - shout out my fellow no-ceremony covid grads), but if we're being honest, my filmmaking career started way earlier. I was age 11, with a Flip Video Camcorder and a genuinely unhinged plan to direct my friends in SpongeBob music videos at sleepovers. Nobody asked for it. I delivered anyway. Since then a camera has barely left my hand, and somewhere along the way, capturing memories for other people became the thing that gets me out of bed in the morning.
Bliss & Bloom has grown into something I'm so deeply proud of. It’s a business built on real moments, real people, and the belief that your wedding day deserves to be felt again, not just remembered. I want to hand you back a film that makes you laugh, ugly cry, and immediately text it to your mom. I want to catch the stuff nobody else notices — the way your person looked at you when they thought no one was watching, the chaotic joy of your reception dance floor, your grandma absolutely going off to the DJ's song choice. That's the good stuff. That's what I'm here for.
I get to be a part of the most important moments of people's lives, and I don't take that lightly for even a single second. Every wedding, every couple, every ridiculous and beautiful and unrepeatable day.
I'm so grateful for all of it. More grateful every year.
Me likey…
Movies — especially anything Disney or starring Timothée Chalamet
Paperback books, specifically romantasy novels at 11pm when I should be sleeping
Brownies (the edge but NOT corner pieces specifically, non-negotiable)
Colorful pens that I guard with my life
Stars, alpine lakes, and any body of water that will have me
Houseplants that I talk to like they're coworkers
Buying gifts for other people (Enneagram 2 behavior, look it up)
Hiking with my husband and our golden retriever, who is objectively the best dog that has ever lived
Oh, and I was once a Disney College Program cast member snapping photos in Magic Kingdom. Still one of my favorite chapters. Still not over it.
