about bliss & bloom

Hi! I'm Lizz — Leo, Enneagram 2, Hufflepuff, and the most nostalgic person you will ever meet. I'm a wedding videographer and filmmaker based in Missoula, Montana, with a degree in Media Arts & Digital Filmmaking and six wedding seasons under my belt. I started this whole shebang at age 11 with a Flip Video Camcorder and some very unwilling friends. Now I do it professionally, and my friends are slightly more willing.
-
Relaxed, candid, nostalgic, and fully invested in making your film feel like a scene from your favorite movie. I'm not going to be bossing you around or making you hold a pose for ten minutes. I'm going to be chaotically floating around your day, catching the moments that you’re missing and stringing them all together into something you will genuinely want to watch on repeat.

Yes! Both packages include travel within 125 miles of Missoula — which covers a huge chunk of western Montana and beyond. Think Glacier, the Bitterroot Valley, Whitefish, Hamilton, Flathead Lake, and more. Heading further afield? Reach out! Destination weddings are absolutely on the table and I have my passport ready…
packages & pricing

There are two main collections. The Keepsake Collection (starting at $3,000) includes 8 hours of coverage, a 5–7 minute highlight film, a 30–45 second Instagram teaser, audio recording, licensed music of your choice, digital delivery, and a custom USB keepsake box. The Heirloom Collection (starting at $3,800) levels things up with 10 hours of coverage, a 6–9 minute cinematic film, a 1-minute shareable trailer, and a second shooter. Both include travel within 125 miles of Missoula. See the full Investment page for all the details.

Packages start at $3,000 for the Keepsake Collection and $3,800 for the Heirloom Collection. Add-ons like rehearsal dinner coverage, raw footage bundles, same-week teasers, a second videographer, and the Super 8-style option are available too. Transparent pricing is kind of my love language, so everything is listed on the Investment page with zero hidden surprises.

The Keepsake Collection is perfect for couples who want a beautiful, emotional highlight film without all the extras — 8 hours of coverage, a 5–7 minute film, and a sweet Instagram teaser. The Heirloom Collection is for couples who want the full cinematic experience: 10 hours, a longer film, a second shooter for more angles and moments, and a 1-minute trailer to share with literally everyone on earth. Both will make you cry. That part is not optional.

Yes! Bliss & Bloom Media offers both wedding videography and wedding photography, so you can have a consistent look, feel, and creative vision across every image and frame of your day. Having one team (yes, team - I bring a few associate shooters with me in this case) handle both also makes your wedding day flow a lot smoother. It’s fewer vendors to wrangle, more time to just be present. It's a good deal all around.

Head to the Contact page and tell me about your wedding! I'll get back to you, we'll have a quick chat to make sure we're a great fit (spoiler: we probably are), and then you lock in your date with a contract and a $500 retainer. From there, I send questionnaires, we do a timeline call closer to your day, and then I show up on your wedding day ready to hype you up and film everything.
-
As soon as you have a date and venue locked in, honestly. Most couples book their videographer 8-12 months out, especially for peak Montana wedding season (summer and early fall). I only take a limited number of weddings per year so I can give each one the attention it deserves…which means dates do fill up fast. If you're planning a wedding in Missoula or anywhere in western Montana, don't sleep on this one!
-
I take this very seriously. In the incredibly unlikely event of a true emergency, I have a network of trusted local videographers I can call on to cover your day. I have a backup plan for my backup plan, because your wedding only happens once and I am not about to let you down. This is outlined in your contract so there are no surprises, just peace of mind.
-
The Keepsake Collection includes a 5–7 minute highlight film. The Heirloom Collection includes a 6–9 minute cinematic film. Both also come with a short vertical teaser — a 30–45 second clip for the Keepsake and a 1-minute trailer for the Heirloom — perfect for sharing on Instagram or making your friends who couldn't attend deeply, deeply jealous.

Editing a wedding film takes time. I'm crafting your story, not just slapping clips together with a song on top. Turnaround times vary by season and are outlined in your contract, so you'll always know exactly what to expect. I stay in communication throughout the whole process and won't leave you in the dark. You’re welcome to text me at any hour of the day (or night!) and ask for an update. When your film arrives in your inbox, it'll be worth every second of the wait. Pinky promise.
-
Digitally and physically. You'll receive a download link for easy online viewing and sharing, plus a custom USB keepsake box. I truly believe your wedding film deserves to exist as more than just a link floating around in your email inbox. It's a family heirloom in the making, and it should feel like one.
-
Yes! Music is a huge part of how your film feels, and you deserve a say in it. All of my music is legally licensed for use through Musicbed, which means your film is safe to share on social media without getting muted or taken down. You'll fill out a questionnaire before I start editing where I’ll ask about your song preferences/vibe.

Oh my gosh this is my favorite question. The Super 8 add-on ($300) weaves grain, flicker, softness, and that gorgeous vintage film aesthetic into your wedding video. I use a Canon 514xl Super-8 camera and process my film through Pro8mm in LA. If you're a nostalgic person who wishes everything looked like it was shot in 1974, this add-on is for you. Honestly it's for me too. I love it so much.
the bigger picture
-
Short answer: yes, and here's why. Your photographer captures the still moments. Your videographer captures everything in between: the way your voice shook during your vows, the laugh that erupted when the ring bearer dropped the pillow, your dad's face when he first saw you. Photos are stunning. But video is the only way to actually hear and feel your wedding day again, years from now. Your future self (and your future kids) will thank you.

Heck yeah I do! Those are my besties you’re talking about. I have worked with some of the most incredibly talented and kind-hearted people you’ll ever meet.
I even have other videographer recommendations if I’m already booked on your date! Just call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me.
